REFERRING A TAMAITI.

ACCEPTANCE RATES

We start a new group of tamariki and mentors into our Sports Mentoring Programme at the beginning of each year. Referrals made throughout the year are added to our waitlist in preparation for the beginning of our ‘matching process’ which begins in November. Matches are then made based on a multitude of factors to ensure the best possible outcomes, and they start into the programme in February of the following year.

PLEASE NOTE: acceptance into the following year’s cohort is dependent on availability of volunteer sports mentors as well as funding. We will keep you updated as to whether your referral has been accepted or will remain on the waitlist.
